12th Symposium: The impact of AlphaFold2 is going on

Back to List

The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology has a profound impact on life science exploration. AlphaFold2, released in 2021, was a major breakthrough that led the way in the field of protein structure prediction. This symposium will take the development story of AlphaFold2 and the field of protein science from 2021 to 2023, and explore how AI can help scientific discovery from three perspectives: AI's learning of protein structure representation, AI-driven protein prediction, and AI-driven protein design. In The 12th symposium "The impact of AlphaFold2 is going on", Jiaqi Li and Quanyu Chen will introduce some technical details of deep learning in the field of artificial intelligence, including Multilayer Perceptron (MLP), Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), Recurrent Neural Network (RNN), Transformer and other related knowledge, are discussed.
